楊茂君個(gè)人(rén)簡介 清華大(dà)學生命科學院教授,博士生導師,“長江學者”,畢業于(yú)吉林大(dà)學、中國(guó)協和(hé / huò)醫科大(dà)學。研究方向:主要(yào / yāo)圍繞與傳染病、癌症等人(rén)類重大(dà)疾病發生息息相關的(de)可溶性蛋白及膜蛋白進行結構與功能研究,以(yǐ)及針對這(zhè)些蛋白質的(de)高分辨晶體結構爲(wéi / wèi)基礎的(de)小分子(zǐ)化合物篩選及設計。近年來(lái)主要(yào / yāo)在(zài)細胞感應外界信号以(yǐ)及物質跨膜轉運,蛋白質泛素化調控兩個(gè)方面得到(dào)了(le/liǎo)部分研究成果。代表作品:Cell,2016,167,1598–1609。
